Advocate's Guide Rev 2006

bullet

This guide to hepatitis C lists common symptoms and their causes.  It is intended to help advocates, physicians and persons infected with hepatitis C when they are filing for disability pensions.

Thanks to the polite policies of this government, this is what I found up at the Legal Services Society of BC webpage:  This is for the centre in Vancouver. The Legal Resource Centre (LRC) will be closed to public walk-in access effective June 1, 2002. This closure is necessary to allow staff to permanently close the LRC by July 15. In addition, audio-visual materials will no longer be available for loan. LRC staff will continue to provide Law Line services, provide reference services to LSS staff and funded agencies, and hold currently scheduled legal information workshops. LRC staff will also produce the final issue of LRC News and Supplement Shame!!!

May Day Proclamations in Victoria, BC, 2002

Noted troublemakers, "Los Incognitos," were spotted outside the MHR in Victoria on October 17th protesting the BC government's "liberal" application of Health Reform. For those of you who are disabled and/or around the poverty line, getting the food and nutrition you need is going to be even more difficult. Stay tuned to this channel. Los Incognitos have promised to make things a "leetle hot" !
